In October, there tends to be pink everywhere and many are aware of breast cancer. I am hoping through this site to promote breast health all year long.
Today is August 1st (yikes. summer. please. slow. down.) and I’d like to use the first post of each month to remind all to take the time to do your breast self-exam today. All too often we let the busyness of life prevent us from taking care of ourselves the way we ought. Breast cancer diagnoses are becoming more and more common (in women and men) and early detection is still the best way to fight breast cancer.
